Belletoile® is lush, buttery, creamy, and mellow, with delicate mushroom, nut, sweet cream, and gentle tangy notes. Serve it near room temperature with baguette, pears, apples, grapes, figs, honey, toasted almonds, or fruit preserves. For beverages, its richness is especially good with Champagne, Crémant, Chardonnay, dry Riesling, Saison, Belgian-style golden ale, or a crisp hard cider.

Belletoile® is a luxurious French triple-cream cheese created in the tradition of soft-ripened, bloomy-rind cheeses. Made from pasteurized cow’s milk enriched with cream, it is designed to deliver exceptional richness while maintaining the delicate character associated with French soft cheeses. Its 70% designation refers to fat in dry matter, not that 70 percent of the finished cheese is fat—a distinction that helps explain its remarkably creamy character without misrepresenting its actual composition.

Beneath its soft white bloomy rind is a pale, supple interior that becomes increasingly creamy and spreadable as the cheese ripens. When young, Belletoile® is relatively mild and milky; with additional ripening, its aroma becomes more pronounced and its texture softer, particularly near the rind. Gentle mushroom and cultured dairy characteristics develop alongside buttery, nutty, and mildly tangy notes. The combination of richness and restrained flavor makes Belletoile® particularly approachable for those who enjoy Brie-style cheeses but want an even more decadent texture.
