Gourmet Cheese of the Month Club was created in response to feedback from many of our wine and microbrew club members. They told us that we should be offering boutique cheeses from around the world to go with our wines and beers. We took over a year to complete our research, and now we are sure we have partnered with the most exceptional and knowledgeable resource for Gourmet Cheese. In fact, Zagats rated them as the Number One deli in the USA.
We will offer you only handmade gourmet cheeses that are produced in very limited quantities, and have no doubt been tasted by William the Conqueror, Catherine the Great, Voltaire, Michelangelo, and the like. Each shipment will include enlightening and noteworthy newsletters... and all at a reasonable price! You have our commitment that we will deliver the highest quality products, and can do service as we have with our five other clubs.

And just as I was wondering why this is, Jude explained in the newsletter that it's because the cheeses that you send are allowed to breath and as water evaporates off them, the flavor becomes more intense. So when I called in to extend her gift now that she's been promoted, and Lisa (she's so nice!) told me that you were looking for testimonials, I asked her for some feedback that could be quoted.
