Who is Jude?
Jude is one of the absolute keys to our success. We consider her to be a coveted secret ingredient, and without question she gives us a big edge in the world of cheese. And well, if we told you who she really is, you wouldn’t believe us... but here goes.

Traveling the globe in search of the finest cheeses, Jude tracks down extraordinary and remarkable cheeses. She has made a life-long study of knowing what it takes to create the most exotic, delectable, mouthwatering cheeses... the cheeses that were only available to the likes of Alexander the Great, Queen Elizabeth, and of course, Caesar and Cleopatra... centuries ago.

Actually Jude is quite small in stature, has black shinny eyes, and she speaks with an unusual accent. She’s often seen wearing an apron with pockets full of cheese samples. And yes, she does in fact have soft gray hair. Some say they have caught a glimpse of a tail at the hem of her skirt.
