Now THAT'S aged cheese! It seems that archaeological surveys have determined that cheese was being made from the cow's and goat's milk in Mesopotamia before 6000 B.C.!

It is believed, that a long time ago, people that traveled to Asia brought back with them to Europe the art of making cheese. The process was adapted and improved upon in European monasteries.
